Thx for the reply. I meant the width dimension, ie. the 100, 98, etc. bit. Risers are ordered, in black. Forgot to mention in my original post, I'll be getting some pre-tapped pro-tapers as well in this buy.

Once you measure your Ralle-Moto sub mount and think you have the measurement, you can print out the appropriate lifesize 1:1 top clamp template from the HDB website HERE.

Please note that when you print out the template, you MUST ensure your printer's auto-resizing options are turned off. These options will have names such as "shrink to fit" or "fit on page" or "auto-size" or "auto-fit". Turn off (uncheck) all of these or your lifesize template will not be lifesize (1:1). Once printed, you can double check by measuring from bolt-hole center to bolt-hole center to ensure your selected template is of true size. ie: 100mm is 100mm. 96mm is 96mm, etc. then hold it on your lower clamps or sub mount and verify pattern fit, clearance, looks, etc.

Can the HDB Handguards be had in anodized black?

Also, could you post a picture of the back of the handguard with the blinkers installed so I could get an idea of what they look like and the wiring?

Thanks

I'll jump in and help out, this is what the fronts look like from the rear, the cover is black anodized aluminum.

Hi Doug, yes, but I didn't want to throw this out there yet, one of the reasons we went with the new SX design is it allows for a lot of different mods. While I have time to entertain some of some mods, it'll bog me down if I get too many requests. Also don't know quite yet how to charge for it. This one is in black, has holes for LED indicators above the switches and a Powerlet mounting hole.

Not yet, but some things like the older style top clamps, once they're gone I don't plan on making more.

One other thing, to get to the pages for the new style top clamps go to the Build Your Own Handguard pages.

I am in... Assuming I can get one thing sorted out.

Bike is an 08 BMW GS Adv with ROX Risers. Would I be able to keep the risers and just replace the top have of the riser?

That would mainly depend on which version of Rox you have, if the new bolt pattern gets pushed out by the Rox beyond the bolt patterns I make, then no.
Chad posted earlier about how to check that. See post #26.
