The Scotts for the F800GS will need a 98x38/40mm bolt pattern.

These options will have names such as "shrink to fit" or "fit on page" or "auto-size" or "auto-fit". Turn off (uncheck) all of these or your lifesize template will not be lifesize (1:1). Once printed, you can double check by measuring from bolt-hole center to bolt-hole center to ensure your selected template is of true size. ie: 100mm is 100mm. 96mm is 96mm, etc. then hold it on your lower clamps or sub mount and verify pattern fit, clearance, looks, etc.
Thanks for the info, just measured and the WR250R ralle-moto clamps are 108x~39 so Id need a 108x38/40 pattern. Will check out the other standard clamps and weigh up my plans from there. Cheers.

IN!!!

I already received my first order from Paul, I'll just get the remainder parts from the wish list. The attention to detail is phenomenal, the fit and finish is literaly perfect.

FYI best customer service I've seen in a while folks, he's the real thing.

You could get the top clamp with the Scotts, but not with those risers. Of course, you could go with the Protaper handlebars, and choose a rise and sweep that are roughly equal to what you have now.

Ive chosen this setup for my anti-multistrada build. Though i need to check the lower clamp 12mm(or 10mm) on the EMIG racing setup. Or can anyone confirm this right away. Ill first be at the bike in a couple of days.

All Black.

btw. Nice with the metrics.

I don't see a specific reason why the correct size HDB top clamp wouldn't work with the Rox offsets. I think the top clamp bolts for those are simply shorter, correct? They still have the standard sized heat and are not running at any weird angle? As long as the top clamp measurement is correct, I would think it would work. Since those are fatbars, guessing the 38/40 is the correct up/down measurement. Width is probably around 100mm? If someone knows a reason why it wouldn't, post up, otherwise it's probably worth a try.

I don't think you need to order the black shield separately. The handguard orders come with both a white set and black set of shields. You'll get both colors included in the price of the handguards and they are the newer style ones with the extra lip (shown below).

To all,
Note that the brand specific handguard ordering pages are being phased out and the most up to date order pages are these:

Build Your Own Handguards 7/8" Bars

Build Your Own Handguards 1 1/8" Bars

But I have some questions. Got an 06 BMW F650GS (non Dakar) was wondering if anyone had moved the ABS and hazard switches with this setup. I'd like to keep them where they are, and I know HDB offers clamps with switch slots. Also, I've got bar end weights and would like to keep them. The ends are obviously threaded, so would it be as simple as getting longer bolts? And the bars got tweaked it a tip over, so will this affect the fit? And do I need some kind of special lower clamp? Thanks in advance

Couple questions:
1. Which hand guard is the right set up for a stock 990?
2. I have Scott damper on the bike. Can I still install the hand guards?
Thanks for the answers.
