Paul

No worries about the 1200GS once I have the risers I will get you the info. I will also be buying a set of pro tapers from you so bar bend will not be an issue. I will also ditch the stock bar end weights as well as the stock windshield so clearance should not be an issue.

I would not think so, they usually copy the same mounting patterns... I would get a measuring device if you have access and check, even a good ruler might do the trick if you are careful

Hi guys,
I just got back from out of town. I've updated the "in list". If you are not there and should be, PM me.

Thanks to Paul for popping in and handling the heavy lifting. Some of those questions I would not have been able to answer so glad the expert jumped in. I'll try to sift through the last fews days worth of questions and see if there are any left unanswered and try to do so.

The official sale won't start until May, but we may start releasing some coupons, in batches of 10 or 15, a bit early in order to phase in the orders. That would be in the order of the "in list" to be fair. Stay tuned...

On HDB's site? They don't sell risers. Handguards, top-bottom clamps, add ons for the top clamps and replacement parts are what they have. You have to find a riser that works with you moto, check to be sure it falls in the range of clamps they sell and pull the trigger. Also they don't sell steering dampeners FYI.

Was that your question? Hard to tell from one sentence.

Paul offers lower clamps (risers). He has a few fixed heights and then will do custom ones in any size. You can go direct to each page (under Replacement Parts) here:
Fat Bar Lower Clamps, Short
Fat Bar Lower Clamps, Tall
Fat Bar Lower Clamps, Custom

When filling out your order page, HERE for example, you'll see the option to purchase lower clamps under the section called "Add a Lower Clamp" where there is a dropdown menu for sizes.

OK... here are a couple relatively stupid questions but I will ask anyways

1. When it gives the choice between black anodize w/o guards or with guards that means you either get the top clamp anodized and the aluminum guards plain or both the top clamp and the bars anodized black... right? For some reason I kept on thinking this means without the plastic shields...

2. Would the "ultimate handguards" be too much for my lightweight WR250R? I noticed they are for larger bikes or "a lot of abuse"... I think I fall in the latter category I just don't want to have functionality issues...
