Honda CBF 1000 modification
Greetings to all
I am new member here, I ‘m from central
In general I’m very happy with current bike, I know it is a little too heavy for real dualsport purpose but I don’t want two bikes in the garage
I’m thinking about light modification. First replacing wheels with Varadero 1000 wheels (19and
What problems can I expect, what about wheels change and ABS?
My general question is, will I get better offroad performance without loosing too much onroad capabilities.

I wish we got that bike in the US of A. If we did, I would have one by now.
I don't think you can make the changes you mentioned without compromising the bikes abilities on pavement. The larger front wheel and dual sport rubber would definitely be felt.
Perhaps you would be better off to trade for a Varadero or V-Strom or R1200GS?
