New member, looking for some good TN roads!

Hey everyone, I'll likely be riding my motorcycle back home from Starkville, MS to Huntington, WV. Due to time constraints most of my ride will be interstate, but I do want to get off the super slab and do some good riding for a little bit at least. Right now here is what my trip is looking like:

My only detour is around Knoxville at the moment.

I was curious if anyone else could comment on my detour (road condition, etc) or could recommend a better ride.

That doesn't look too bad of a route. There are coal/logging trucks up in them hills. Just be mindful of debris in the corners.
