At least I can agree with spending tax $$$ this way, much better than some useless research that makes no difference anyway. Doug is out there making a BIG difference everytime he meets someone, so long as he doesn't steal their women!

Doug, you are an inspiration for a lot of us.

Three years ago I was barely able to keep the bike straight and now I went to France and back on it, having you as a spiritual mentor. I dedicate the entire 6300 km made in only 2 weeks (on a thumper) to you !

Looking forward to meeting you in your moto camp in Idilevo, I am planning a trip there when you will be around, as I miss those nice places and Polina's hospitality.

It's probably a torpedo car to carry molten metal, normally iron for converting to steel. It's heavily insulated to keep the iron molten (and the car intact!) and can be rotated on the trunnions at each end to empty the load into a furnace.
