09 GS Adventure headlight lens

I have a crack in the glass lens of my headlight. Is the lens replaceable? I checked the fiche and did not see a lens, only a complete headlight assembly. comments appreciated

Next you will tell me the cam cover is cheaper than the protection for it and to just carry spares!

Beats the $450 cost of a replacement!

Is that e-bay item really intended as a replacement lens, or is it a protective cover?

I thought the whole headlight assembly had to be replaced as a unit?

It takes some serious heat gun work to separate a lens from the housing...that glue is crazy stout...

Yup, at about 200 the glue melts enough to cut the lens loose! Don't get it too hot. Use windshield adhesive, or a high heat RTV to seal the new one on.
