Or maybe (just maybe) The "Wanna-be Billy Bad Ass Attention Whores" should not polute the World with their noise.

What do you do when a semi goes by?

I just laugh at the drama queens here. I am not advocating loud pipes, but I don't crap my drawers and froth at the mouth when one goes by.

Loud pipes are more free flowing, and will produce more power, if done right. Not talking about straight pipes.

People have been putting headers and glass packs on cars since they ignited fuel.

I started this thread to show the difference between those who call themselves "Bikers" (84% "Yes") ...And those who are "Riders" (82,39% "NO")

What good is a point without a counter-point?

This whole thing brings to mind the Mods and the Rockers brought to film in the movie Quadrophenia.

If loud pipes save lives, just think what rider training could do.

Remember those logic tests in school, for aptitude? Nothing says it is an either or situation.

Why wear a helemt, just learn to ride. Don't need brake lights either, you don't need people to be aware of you. Blinkers? What for?

I would ride without Headlight, Brake light, Turn Signals... If the law allowed. But I would never ride without a helmet. Been saved by them in 3 of the 4 on road, (road contaminants) offs and countless times off-road.

No brake lights is just stupid, I wouldn't even tell people.

You can make the argument that they are not worth the benefit. You can argue that sound only travels one way. Learn to ride isn't an argument.

I think there are alot of drama queens here. I think there is some benefit to them. I think we need to exercise throttle control to not piss people off. I think we tuned correctly they add more power.

But if a loud noise scares you to the point you lose control of your vehicle, like some of the drama queens, claim, then you should be riding the bus.
