Have seen the Clake but are pretty expensive at As at July 2008 the CLAKE retails at AUD $1180 (plus taxes if applicable).
The Rekluse is much cheaper. I think the clutch take up would make iot much easier for me as I 'SIT' on the bike and extended standing isnt an option.

Once I get an R65 engine out of the Disco I will start on the head dismantling.

Ray, Sidecar is on the drawing boards
I may pass on the R69S unless I come into some additional cash.
It was a great deal too

Joe, will be an interesting tide with Left Hand Rear Brake

I also have to build up an Airhead Dirtbike for an inmate here too. That will take about 2 weeks

If I know Pezz, he's probably figured out a way to take an old Galant piston, machine up a new connecting rod (from some ancient Massey Ferguson stuff he has in the shed) and using an old PMU Tomato soup can as a cylinder liner, make a 483 cc kit for the DRZ...!

As usual Perry, this will undoubtedly be another interesting and thoroughly entertaining build project... ya' mad bastard!

i have a mate that got his CRF250 with the Clarke control and he hated it, so he removed and replaced it with normal clutch lever, ill ask him how much he wants for it, there may be the slightest chance of it being free

The XR4/400 is obviously like any heart transplant patient Pezz, the body is trying to reject the "foreign" matter... that orange plastic phallous (off the LC4...??!! mate... how could you?! ), the ice cream bucket handguards and the Malcom Smith replica desert tank... mate, the HONDA just had a massive siezure from all that plastic!

Better modify the org. steel tank, ditch the plastic bits and get the metal ying/yang balance back to suitable levels... then she'll go like a beaut' I reckon.

I was a bit concerned about riding near this ....erm....masterpiece, should Pezz have had to "ditch it" i could well have been showered with small pieces of flying plastic shrapnel.
