Mrs. Samthg & I are exiting the the 22 fwy at Bolsa this past Saturday morning when at the light patiently waiting for his green, is none other than Tink. The wife says "he's smiling", I said, now you get it dear. There's nothing like a airhead.

That bike is a head turner Tink!

See ya at the next gathering.

Neptune's Net was busy, don't think I've seen that many bikes there before. What time of day ?

BTW, what's film ? anything like carbon paper ? or teletype ?
They all fit in the same age group, as does your bike and the camera operator...

Nice pics of a nice bike.

Do you have any photos after repair?

Hmmmmdon't believe I do. Speedo actually looked the same from the outside, my speedo was in very good physical condition, except for the lettering. My problem was a dancing needle and pending odo gear failure. I'll take a few shots of it though and post just to close the loop on this.

Don't forget fax machines, Woodstock, Kodacrome, AMC, Desoto, etc...

Film is now a luxury, at $7.00 a roll + $13.00 to process 36 shots it cost me $0.55 every time I hit the shutter.

I'm surprised you don't develop film yourself.

Here's an updated photo of the speedo. No real change, other than the mileage, from before wirespokes did his magic.

Green Flaming Eyeballs

Nothing new to report for PROJECT-S. Bike is running fine, no issues to date. Just putting miles on her. Almost time for an oil & filter change.

Ran into another ADVrider member at the monthly Vintage Bike OC meet last Sunday http://www.photosbytink.com/VintageBikeOC_feb14/ He suggest I bump my PROJECT-S thread... BUMP!

Not related to PROJECT-S, just thought this guys bike was very cool.

Hey Tink,

That would be me.

The OC Vintage Bike gathering is a fantastic event with lots of good moto folk! The bikes that show up are amazing.

Thanks for bringing this back to the top.

Tink hard at "work"...
