I can free up whatever time is most-best. There's also no reason why can't have multiple gatherings. It's all good.

I'd actually prefer a weekday, just because it would be a lot quieter there, and there would be more room for our group, IMHO.

What if we said this would be either one of the weekdays between June 5-7, or one of the weekends on either side of that, if most people would prefer a weekend.

You guys from a bit farther out, LeDakar and Senor Dangerous, what works better for you?

And if anyone missed it, The Warehouse is in Port Costa, near Crockett. It's 10 minutes from the freeway on a bit of twisty road, or it's a very nice ride from Oakland/Berkeley via wildcat, Bear creek, and Alhambra road.
Agree, weekday/weeknight more better, less crowded and calmer.

We can bring our own fixings for food, and the bar will still be open for Mason jar beer.

Do I need to bring non-alcoholic beverages?

Keep it to the weekend, even if we must change the venue, because it will work for more folks. We could meet at The Dead Fish restaurant parking lot ride out to some remote coffee shack, shoot some BS over an empty cup for Ben, toss some beans to the four winds and go from there.

Just a thought.

I've only got the streetbike now so can't venture too far offroad on that. Otherwise, I can cage it.

Could I suggest we get something together Thursday June 14, Friday June 15 (evening?) or??

I think everyone should be back from trips by then.

Thanks for thinking of me, ramjet! We're on our way home right now and we're good for whatever. Weeknights work well for us but we're down for whatever whenever.

A proposal

Hello All.

I know we have batted around some ideas but we don't seem to have an actual plan. So, you know, SOP.

Here's my first pass at a plan:

Wednesday, June 13th at The Warehouse is in Port Costa, near Crockett. I know there was mention of a memorial ride. I am all for that, perhaps another night? Just want to make sure we get something nailed down. If there is a better time/place, bring it up, let's vote.

Peace

Kevan

Sounds great. Let's do this thing. Won't really be a memorial ride, but anyone in the berkeley/oakland area that wants to head over, we could meet at the wall and ride over.

I usually can't make Wednesdays, but that night actually works for me. Going to try to make it.
