Had a great time last night and look forward to the next get-together where ever it may be. Can't believe that RamJet, Tessitori and I managed to stay around BS'n until somewhat after 11, but we did! Thought the picnic was fun and the location truly something special for a mid week rendezvous. And it was heartwarming to see such special effort had gone into remembering and appreciating Ben for who he was and how importantly he figured into the local ADV group. Many thanks to those who organized and orchestrated the evening!

Warren, we were not BS'n .. we were talking about the facts of life! I think that this should be a bi-weekly or monthly event weather permitting!

Hello All.

It was great to see everyone at the Warehouse, and what a special treat to finally meet Linda. So glad she made it. Thanks to everyone for the snacks and especially to Guy for the coffee. Ben would have approved.

Personally I would love to meet with the group any time, any week, though sometimes Real Life (tm) gets in the way. Oh well.

July at Speissekame (sp?) sounds great. Hope to see you all there.

I think some of us who had never met Linda before did not realize that she was there. I did not until I asked Pete as she was leaving, so I went and spoke to her for a bit. Thank You Linda for coming to this meeting and bringing that wonderful pictorial tribute to Ben for us to sign. He was a special person and so are you. As mentioned before we had a special toast of java to Ben's memory later that evening remembering that he was family to you as he was to us and so are you. Thanks again for sharing.

I had no idea! I really wish I'd known she was there. I guess it's my own fault for not being more sociable, but I'm still bummed I didn't get to meet Linda and tell her how cool I thought Ben was...

It was a very cool gathering. Thank every one for coming. Special thank you to Linda for making the effort. It was a perfect mellow summer night with great people and a lovely spot. I think Ben would have liked this one.
