Laugh Good One! "Service Rejection Survey"

Had to share what I got in the mail from BMW Motorrad USA. Eric Heckerman, Manager, Aftersales Motorrad sent me a whole page of BMW "limited edition sticker set" [wow!] in appreciation for me completing BMW's survey.

The thank-you letter salutation was"

"Dear Customer Service Rejection Survey Participant:"

Well, after the recall notice [s] they may be worried that some would reject BMW...and they would be correct..

BMW...class act motorcycle...dismal corporation...surely they can do better.

Presumably you would prefer that they not do recalls and let some part fail/go wrong/disintegrate leading to your injury/death/mutilation?

I got the same thing in the mail. What did they mean by rejection?

This has nothing to do with recalls...but the ridiculous salutation in my 'award' letter..a corporation espousing to greatness sends something like this out?

Oh, about the recalls...I never considered "mutilation"; now that sounds serious!

Ps...Still waiting for a FD recall......

I got the same letter and sticker sheet, wife wondered the same thing about "rejection" survey.

Love the stickers though, yes, I am still just a little boy at heart...

I too got the "rejection" notice. My dealer didn't have a clue either.

I got that letter, too. I think BMW ran it through the same spellcheck that Touratech uses for their instruction sheets.
