New Forum for Mexico and Central America
I just found out that there's a new motorcycle forum just like this one but dedicated to the Mexico and Central America area. It's in Spanish of course, but there's an English section for moto travelers from up north in need for some information on routes, places to visit, border crossings, contacts, etc.
The address is www.motoaventuras.net , then click on "Foro de Discusion". check it out, it might be helpful...

This is really going to help my Spanish. I even got my username from here to work. It looks like a brand new forum. Very cool. Quetzal, I will be PMing for assistance now and then. Now where did I leave my Spanish/English dictionary?

Do you think you could give me a hand putting my avatar on there? Does that site use avatars? I'm still looking for that dictionary!

Sure, just right-click your avatar on this site--->Properties--->Copy the URL address. Then log in in motoaventuras--->Click on profile (perfil)--->Avatar control panel---> paste you avatar's URL address on the "Link to off site avatar"(vincular un avatar fuera de este sitio) box--->click submit. If your avatar is the right size it should work, if not, you can repeat the procedure using one from the avatar gallerie from advrider. Some work, some don't. Let me know how it goes.

I've asked for a separate Mex/CA/SA forum on this site.
It's needed, for sure. There's so much info to share, but digging down into Outer Darkness mixed up with other stuff inhibits communication. |
