This small bridge is over the river Boyne in the east of Ireland.It is at a point where a battle of some major European political significence took place,though the battle itself was not hugh.It happened in 1690 between King James II of England and William,Prince of Orange (a Dutch man)!

This second shot,taken on the bridge,looks east and shows part of a new toll bridge on the main Dublin to Belfast road.

The High Level Bridge in Edmonton, opened in 1913. Two traffic lanes with a train track above it. The smaller bridge to the side is for LRT transit trains that come out from underground on one side and back underground on the other.
