 The Franklin Delano Roosevelt, (formerly the Hamilton Fish Memorial), Mid-Hudson Bridge, as it crosses the mighty Hudson River twixt Highland and Poughkeepsie, NY. Completed 1930.

 200 yards North of that, is the former Poughkeepsie Railroad Bridge. Now used as "The Walkway Over The Hudson." Completed in 1889, at 6767 feet long, it was a Marvel Of The Age. Use as a rail bridge ended in 1974, but the span is now reutilized a a decked over "Linear Park", and has proven exceedingly popular, with over 750,000 visitors in it's first year as a NYS Park. Great Views of the Hudson River, but motorcycles are not allowed. I've ridden my bicycle across it many times...
