1,000 (s)miles per month. 3,000 miles at the moment.

I work at an observatory in Southern Arizona, 20% of the commute is up-hill on a dirt road. Then there's the down-hill return home. Everyone at work thinks I'm independently wealthy. What they don't know is that I haven't had to put gas in my truck in over a month. The bike is paying for itself. I'm actually worried that condensation in my truck's gas tank will cause corrosion... God-bless Arid-zona......!

6,800 miles, no serious issues. Purchase date 11-15-09 2010 year model. Minor issues taken care of by dealer. Valve cover gasket, Re-routing of canister hose, Replaced rear wheel bearings. Bearings didn't disintegrate, just got notchy. Found out during tire replacement.

Love the damn thing. My other bikes are being taking over by spiders or holding up the garage wall.

About 11,000 miles...I think. I haven't seen the damn thing for 5 weeks as it is AGAIN in the shop.

Just waiting on BMWNA to call back AGAIN.

The list is very long and I don't care to write it out AGAIN. It's too long and time consuming.

This 5 week episode is due to it having its third gas tank replaced and it immediately developing symptoms of a fourth tank on it's way to cracking. Engineer called in, BMWNA took over from dealer. I sit in limbo land AGAIN.

I need a beer!

About to turn 7000 miles. Bought new in June of 2010. I'd ride it more if I would put the Skidoo away, but it keeps snowing!!
