Radioman and All,

I have spent the last 3-4 days reading your report, investigating some of your highlights, and enjoying your point of view. The way you convey your feelings and the lengths you go to in an effort to be thorough is engaging to say the least. I can tell you without any shadow of a doubt this RR is why people gravitate toward the ADV community.

I am on my last stint in the Mid-East and have my trip south paid for but far from planned. I wanted to say thank you for your efforts from this corner of the world.

Now, where can I get a "I miss Radioman" sticker because I am about to go into withdraws!

My time at home has been very social.

Surprised ?

Lots of time meeting up with friends for Coffee and food! Thankful for friends and am grateful for time to get together and catch up! And some really Yummy Food too! Thanks Suzanne and Paul

Went out to dinner and Ice cream with a friend. This one is posted for Young James. He loves Ice Cream and this was really good!

Then Friday took off to an ADV gathering outside of Brookings Oregon. Rode down with NoPo (Christa) and had a little Clam Chowder at Mo's in Florence.

Saturday had a beautiful Sunny Day and rode down along the California Coast and through the Redwoods.... Always a great ride

Stopped for a Burger in Ferndale before riding the Lost coast with SR1Marks, PDXscott, asrvivor, and Christa.

Into the Redwoods.

Just amazing to enjoy the beauty of this giant Redwoods....

And right before I left my package arrived .....

Yup India VISA approved!!

and my Flight has now been booked to India!!

Will be leaving May 15th!

On a special mission...... Will be reporting back Monday night......

Hey Radioman.....remember u stopped by my place last year close to Philly with Bill, for a summer gathering :), we looked Indian and talked like Indian :)

Well now that ur going to India...if u get a chance do visit the islands i grew up in....its called Andaman and Nicobar Islands, on the east coast of India....its has a few really good beaches...if u do give me a hollar :)

Indeed I remember! I am in the process of figuring out where I will be going. I will let you know if this might work.....

Ha Ha I belive I saw your group in Ferndale Sat. I saw the group of bikes beside the No Brand parking lot as I was heading out to Centerville Beach. Wish I would have stopped. *EDIT* As I rode by I actually waved to the rider in the yellow riding suit as he was mounting his bike.

very excited for you Mark, enjoy India, I highly suggest you look up Vik and MJ if you are in Udaipur, Rajasthan area. Met them as they came through DC last year on their epic US journey, great couple who I am sure would enjoy meeting Radioman and hearing his tales on two wheels
