I am ready to pull the trigger on an Explorer Deluxe Asym ZIP.

Are the ZIP. available yet or still back ordered?

Also, Is it possible to customize my order like I can on the Hennessy website
by swapping the standard rain fly for the 70D Hex Fly?

I believe the explorers may be availible. i am checking with Hennessey now. I am sorry but At the prices I am selling for I cannot swap out for the hex fly. I do however allow you to purchase it in addition at a very reasonable price so you are still getting it on the cheap and you have your standard fly as an extra.

I had a look at the website and feel tempted, but I'm not finding it easy to get an intuitive feel for the difference between the 4-5 models that you sell. Do you have a 1 minute sales pitch that highlights the differences / what each model is meant for?

Check out www.henneseyhammock.com. The only real difference is the size. Expeditions are for people up to 6'. Explorers for people up to 7'. Then the ultralights which are the same sizes just lighter weight material.
