Anyone else have difficulty figuring out Spaulding's personality? He was awful quiet on our ride today.

Grab: Jefferson Co Fairgrounds - Old Leetown Pike & Fairground lane. Spaulding is at the base of my right hand mirror

I was trying to figure out a good place for him that hadn't already been used for Lucky (RIP, friend). We went down 9 west and took a an orange detour for a road named for a "4-star" ranked engine that had to be saved by the GovernMent. I was going to place him near a bridge named for a past governor, but it was rather busy and with the rain we're supposed to get tonight I figured it was better to move to higher ground. Just up on the right I saw another water feature up on a hill. It's across the road from a trailer park that looks like it was named after the top Union general and ex-president, but they forgot the "r" and added a "t" on the sign. It's a short dead end dirt road that's unmarked but easy to see.

Near this spot is a black sediment fence, and near that fence are three rocks. Spaulding is hiding under some leaves by the 2 smaller rocks

I think he is mad because he got left out in the cold for 2 months

Good to see tag moving after the long delay......glad i looked just now.... was going to go for the Jefferson County tag on my lunch since it was fairly close....

hmm... what the weather like this weekend.

Grab. Water Tower near Gantt's Trailer Park just west of Martinsburg. Spaulding was a little scared when Edward "Ned" Low was with me.... Ned...advised that he was taking over in the memory of poor ole unLucky duck...

It had been too long since i been on bike ....so just had to make time today.....

New Tag.....

Just West of Inwood WV on a two digit road with the sum of 6.... if you go to top of the mountain you have gone way too far...

Ned is at the base of the left post covered by the black paper. At least he was when I left him.
