+1

Every time I see or hear a CB750 I'm back sitting on the floor with the newest Cycle World in my eight-year-old hands.

No accident that my first street bike was a Nighthawk 650

(but the CB750F was prettier than the K)

nothing ever goes as planned

Originally I wanted to go to Glacier NP on my vacation... then I started the hack project, so I decided to stay close, work on the hack and do some nice local trips. Nope, I had to go to Germany instead, so I ended up not riding at all during the two weeks I had off. Oh well, but I got a few decent short trips in since.

That's from today (sry no old barns/houses)

Stoney Fork finally opened again

Some culvert got fixed in the year it was shut down, but no new gravel, just the smooth old hardpack

not bad for fly-by's

"helmie"

Chatted for a while with this nice couple. She started riding 10 years ago - with 68 . It's never too late

The Fish Hatchery Road is still gated off, but it's still fun to play in the "ruins"

My gardeners suck lately...

And a big shout out for James aka Blinker152 (my hubbies business partner). He's doing the ALCAN in a few weeks

Got Gas?

Which camera were you using, your old "new" one or the "new" new one?

there is one big problem with living in "pretty country", if I commute on the bike it takes me hours to get home

I was never gone, but I think I pretty much photograped everything in a 2 hour radius , so very often I just don't take pics anymore

obviously not the one I drowned . I turned the better one of my old ones into the pocket camera for fly bys, and I keep the newer one in the tank bag. The macro shot with the bike in the back is with the 3/4's. But I will need to get a wide angle lense for it, the stock one just doesn't always work for what I want to do.

the night pics in my cobblestone and beer thread are with the new camera at night... handheld. So far I am happy with it.
