that's why we went yesterday..... .

bike ran great: much smoother cornering, most of the roads I wanted to take were closed, and the guys complained about my lack of consideration to speed limit signs

pics after coffee

Not complaining, just an observation, at one point I was double the posted speed an you were still pulling away.

Sounds like my style, slow down in the straights, and accelerate in the corners.

Too bad half of the roads where closed/unpassable: Paint Fork, the tilted bridge, and S. Toe River (the gravel road - due to a landslide)

somebody joined me for a change:

started off putting my "gardeners" to work: they fell behind a bit lately

as usual not many riding pics, when I ride with others. We started out on Paint Fork, but it's blocked off due to construction... the detour took as back to HWY19 2 miles from our house (after 20 miles of riding)

First stop on the S Toe river. The cool little bridge got dropped into the river for safety reasons... and now it's really slick and deep in the water - we all passed trying to cross it.

two little clowns joined us

and my first time playing with Mica... I know it may not be anything special to you guys

got really good splitting it (he kinds looks like Anthony Bourdain in this pic...)

the pic does not show it, but the water is running over an old wooden, slick and algae overgrown bridge at this point (with big holes before and after the wood)

next stop/turn around: S Toe River Road at the fish Hatchery: closed due to Landslide near the Parkway

Shane on Curtis Creek

Old Fort Geyser

70

and the obligatory "finish" at he Wedge

and no, the ciggies are not mine: still smokeless since January
