About 60 miles North of Chyenne. I had to pee, and Jay had to adjust his boots.

Good start Rob and Jay!

@ 560 miles huh? Impressive. Beware though, Boysen State Park is home to Canteen Boy

We made it through the first night of camping. It was a super clear warm night, so no rain fly for me. I think I'm getting old, because my back is tore up this morning.

We stopped in Shashoni (sp?) To get gas and beer. There was only one LQ store in the town, and it was also the only bar in town. I got stuck in a conversation with a super drunk guy. He was telling me how Denver was like Watts in the 90s...er something like that. I don't think Jay understood one word he said.

Getting coffee in Thermopalis right now then back at it.

P.S. Freeze dried chicken and mash == good. Freeze dried eggs and bacon == bag of ass.

Also, Jay has his SPOT in tracking mode where I'm just updating mine when we stop, so check Jay's SPOT page to see were we are.

Let me just say, that today was some of the best twisties I've ever ridden. If you ever get a chance to ride Chief Joseph road to Beartooth scenic byway, do yourself a favor and go. We've had nothing but awesome roads with no traffic and probably the best mountain scenery I've ever seen.

Anyway, the only close calls we've had so far: Jay was 3 feet from hitting two antelope at 80mph, and I almost looped a wheelie when I failed to compensate for all the weight on my rear rack. We got some great photos and video today. I'm really getting in the groove today.

If you guys have SPOT 2's and are in need of RAM cradles for them send me a PM when you get back. I've got two I don't need are free to a good home. No mounts or arms, just the cradles.
