Adventure Moto
Big thumbs up for Steve from ADV Moto...
Long story short I bought some Wolfman tank panniers that ended up not being in stock. He then offered me a pair of his own for NOTHING!! (just postage) Then I get a phone call, the new stock has arrived.... yayy!! then just now I get an email from Paypal saying he has refunded my postage costs for the new pair. ![]() A real standup guy. thanks Steve g |

My few dealings with Steve and his staff, have been excellent. Stock arrived quickly, as promised, and without hassel. Always look to Adventure Moto if they can supply. Rod

Steve looked after me when I set up my Tenere earlier this year, I have nothing but praise for Adventure Moto. The wolfman range of gear is bullet proof ( and totally waterproof ).
He is obviously very passionate about adv riding and has a heap of well set up bikes , he's got the dream job I reckon !!

Steve helps a lot of people, is very passionate about riding and supports all sorts of charities and events. I have been going to mention this in the Death by Internet thread. A lot of people instantly think os sites when you talk about shops losing out. Steve has good service, great prices and you are still supporting a local but getting the convenience of not having to deal with stores.

me too
I don't always buy from Adventuremoto but let me tell each time I have, Steve and his team have always given great service with a personal feel. Sort of makes me feel like they care, not like some of the other monkeys out there.

Steve used to post here a lot when he was kicking off his business, until he was accused of promoting himself, then he faded away. He would be very aware of the bad service that Oz businesses give; the debate has been going for years, and knows that to get the local money, he needs to do the right thing.
I`ve never dealt with him, so far, but that doesn`t mean that I won`t. Good on him.

Another happy adventure moto customer here. I bought my bashplate/engine protector combo from them in november last year. When it got to me the paint was chipped in a couple of places (didn't bother me that much, I'm just going to scratch it up more) I sent them an email just to let them know to check their stock incase they send one out with chips to a perfectionist. They emailed me offering an exchange (I had already fitted it and as I said I wasn't concerned) so I said no thanks, in reply they posted me out a hat and wolfman T-shirt for free. I wouldn't get that kind of service from my local store.

Hi Guys, I have just been made aware of this thread
Honestly, I am quite humbled by your comments. So, thanks for the thumbs up, I really appreciate it and I will pas it on to Janice and Deb who really make it all happen. I just busy myself trying to find great new stuff to bring into Australia and riding and making friends and riding and getting hooked into any charity ADV that comes along and riding... You get the picture ![]() GSD4ME, you are right, I used to post a lot more but Lurk more than I post these days as I was accused a few times of SPAM and that hurt my feelings... ... . ![]() No Really, I can see how that may have been and just try and sit back these days but still love the ride reports and follow a number of threads. One thing for sure is I feel we are helping change the way retailing in the Moto industry is being done here in Australia. It is a steep learning curve but it helps to be passionate about what we are doing and genuinely interested in the people who are riding and the Adventures they are undertaking. It was ADV Rider who pulled me in and It was here I was introduced to such great product and met Eric from Wolfman USA and Harold & Dave from Giant Loop as well as Neduro. We are all mates and are all just grateful to be part of such an amazing industry. Once again thanks for the positive feedback and don't forget to let me know you are an ADV inmate if you do find yourself shopping down our way. Steve
