We attended the Tucson Roller Derby season opener last night and watched the Furious Truckstop Waitresses kick some Vice Squad ass!

I really don't care about hockey, but I'm still pissed about what they did to 'Two Wheeled Tuesday' over a year ago. Now it's only a couple hours and its all chrome/billet bardges/cruiser....... CRAP!! Local hockey league is selling out here, they have better fights than the pros do anyhow!

I used to go to the old roller derby as a kid - this is much cooler! Accompanied by a live punk band, and on a flat track surrounded by folding chairs so the possibility of a large but shapely tattooed girl in miniskirt and fishnets taking out the first two rows of spectators is just one good hipcheck away.
