Bluhduh Harumph

I got 'em baby! fookin peanut gallery...

Tank going to a professional for a complete redo tomorrow - may have back in a week or two. Outside of it is damn presentable still but I figure it needs a complete inside refurb, so I might as well get the whole unit cleaned, sealed, and repainted. That's gonna be about 5 bejamins right there.

BMW is right.

Don't worry, Pete. Now that you have a BMW (and I've owned 5), you'll get used to it. After all, it's only money.

Come to think of it, that's why I currently own a Yamaha and a Suzuki.

The upside is that once you get that R80 on the road, it will be one sweet ride!! And realistically, once you go through it good, you'll probably never spend any more money on it.

Come visit the annual fly in at Middleton Field, located on US 84, west of I-65 at the 93 exit. Aeroplanes, helicopters, gyrocopters and more.

Pete, Don't worry brother. I'll keep the goons off of you, and keep you safe from the wallet draining, mood killing, short idle time, worry bead, airhead gremlins. What time should I be there with my trailer in the morning (before any more parts get lost)

i got dibs after "The Dealer" puts it together & adds several $$$ worth of upgrades and sells it for peanuts

On another note, I took a demo ride on a 2013 Wee at the AIMExpo and... that's a nice bike. Real smooth and feels a heck of a lot lighter than my Vee.

I guess old black betty should be thoroughly scrambled in about 5 or 6 weeks. Gimme at least that long to loose all the important little tid bits!
