Question 950 Adv - New exhaust stalling

I recently bought a new to me 2005 950 Adventure S. I just put some Remus pipes on it. I bolted them on, put it all back together, started her up, let it idle for a while and then it stalled out. It didn't want to start after that, and I knew I was about out of gas so next day I put some more gas in, start her up and let her idle for a few minutes.

Then it stalls again. And doesn't want to start again.

I figure it must have to do with the new pipes and the jetting, but I don't know anything about jetting and if that may be the issue or what. I've searched the forums but haven't found anything that has helped.

Any advice would be appreciated. I figure I probably should just take it to a dealer, but I'd like to learn how to fix this thing myself if I can. I'd even put the stock pipes back on but the freaking bolts snapped off and are still in the pipes.

How much choke are you using?

I tried full, half and no choke when trying to restart it...

Had about half choke till it got going when I first started it.

I'd add that it died when I tried to give it some gas.

If it's fairly cool weather, it will need some choke until it warms up a bit before it will idle or take much throttle (with stock jetting).

Did you remember to turn on the Petcock at the bottom of the Left tank?

I will double check the petcocks.

Thing is before I swapped the stock pipes for Remus, i had no problems. Then swap and problem presents. I didn't take off the tanks or mess with anything but taking off the luggage racks.

I will also double check I didn't clip any wires during my epic struggle to get the stock exhaust bolts off...

I appreciate the responses.

Question blockage

It's worth a glance, as you wouldn't be the first to leave packing material inside new muffler...paper, plastic, red rags, etc.
