I must have missed something, "why" did they take it off...did they think something was offensive or disparaging to them?

Nope their local newspaper made the initial video. It was the interview the day with left. No biggie just puts a void in the RR .

Came across your photos and trip on DSBC.com. I'm shopping luggage and really like the look of your ride. What are they, what mount system and are you happy with the ground clearance, durability and size? I also hope to read more on the BC trip where do I look?

Seriously incredible RR. I read through the whole thing in the past 2 days. Your report has inspired me to start saving for my own trip. Talked to my wife last night and she agreed to do an alaska trip with me (we live in Iowa). I will start saving for this adventure soon.

Hope you can save but remember to go when you feel it too...money can always be made! Let us know if you make up north! It is an awesome experience in more ways than one.

Must say thanks to both of you for the time and effort in your posts, pics and honest review about the bikes on your fascinating adventure.

After reading through ur posts of the adventure and bikes over the last month at work, i made myself a promise. Home two days and just put my deposit down today for the Tiger 800 XC (Khaki Green < Its a love it or hate it colour) ... and I love it!

...and so it begins

Awesome and congrats on owning a great bike....thanks for stopping by this RR...I can not believe it's been over a year since we were on this epic ride for us. It truly was a great trip in so many ways. Best of ADV riding to you and your fine green bike!
