Tinko plays for the Bulgarian National Rugby team and has a tour to Cyprus next week but in his wisdom it was decided he would have a night off training and take me to a local dancing club in Sofia and in return i would pass on my expert knowledge of Aussie rugby.

I was led to believe I was going to watch some cultural dancing, in saying that i should of put 2 and 2 together when they told me it was called Sin City.

Had a change of plans Ewa was told she was no hope to get more than a 30 day single entry visa for Russia so I thought oh well stuff it lets go the other way, so as of the other day we will be going to the Greek Islands then back over to Italy to ride around to Spain and Portugal then up in and around Scandinavia which I wanted to do anyway, then heading to Germany to fly to New York.

From there it will be north into Canada and Alaska for the summer, not a bad booby prize I reckon.

Im a few days behind in my blog so will catch up in the next few days when im sitting watching the sunsets in Santorini in the Greek Islands.

Theres not a day that goes by I dont appreciate the gift ive been given with my little bump in the right direction and to be able to do what im doing and im not going to waste it.

Having Ewa with me now ive been a little tied up with other things, well its actually been her tied up ahahahah its great to have her back with me its nice to share some of these memories.

Had a night out in Thessaloniki with the crew from the GS Forum here in Greece what a great bunch of guys ill upload a few pics later.

Dobranoc polish goodnight and I mean GOOOOOOD night ahahahah

Good booby prize I say, Cheers for the posts ...oh and I like the training schedule of the Bulgarian Rugby team - a night on the town a week before a tour - I think a few other countries should loosen up a bit!

Got pulled up by the cops here in Sofia Bulgaria to check the paper work and yeah ok no 3rd party insurance, they give me the ol story, no insurance big fine, you come back to the police station and pay 500 euro ahahaha I just laughed, thou...ght of telling them to piss off but instead told them your border police should never of let me into the country without it like they have on the other 40 odd borders ive crossed. As i needed it anyway for Greece I just asked with a smile if I give you a gift can you take me somewhere so I can buy it and then everyone will be happy, being Saturday afternoon a few impromptu phone calls to different mates were made and I got to go on a ride around Sofia for an hour or so with a police escort till we got it all sorted. What started off on the wrong foot ended really well with me meeting some more nice locals and fellow motorcyclists.

Tinko took me for a walk and showed me around some of the main part of the town here is the main court house where the local ganster was to appear last month but instead was gunned down with one of his bodyguards, ahhh the good old days are still alive and well in Sofia Bulgaria.

Something I hadnt seen before. See the little box on the otherside of the road this is the traffic controllers box, im guessing this is where you end up when you get yourself in trouble in the local police force here in Bulgaria, policemans purgatory.
