Want to ride today?

Last minuite I know I will be leaving CO Springs on old stage rd. to gold camp to shelf or phantom canyon and if time permits back up the other one or 115.

I doubt you can wait until 4:00ish...
have a good ride. I'll just see if the wifey wants to get her Duc out on 83 later. Next Friday or the following Monday perhaps.

I got shut down on Old Stage rd. so I bailed and just cruised around for a couple of hours. I really wanted to hit shelf or phantom canyon I have not been on them yet. I will go by way of 115 tomorrow and hit them then.

I heard Shelf was still closed. A huge wash-out prevented me from getting to Canon a few months ago and I hadn't heard that the culvert had been installed yet. I took this on 9/16 (ducati holiday).

Some would call it rideable. I didn't want to risk anything, since I was riding alone. Please let me know if you find it open or even passable.

No not yet I need to buy a house first to keep the peace with my wife, but I will have one by spring. I still don't know what yet it will probably come down to what I can get a deal on at the time. How do you like the 300? That is if you have had a chance to put many miles on it.

I'll chime in here. My wife and I just moved to the 'Springs and I'm looking for people to ride with. Obviously I'm limited by my tires to the less gnarly off-road stuff (I did Lower Gold Camp today-- short and basic but fun), but I'm up for going out for a few hours to take in some local roads.

Drop me a PM if you're interested.
