publice service announcement - delay

Unfortunately I must delay sales until Friday the 8th.
Circumstances beyond my control etc., etc...

I sincerely hope this hasn't inconvenienced anyone.

Nope, you just guaranteed I can at least fight for one - I lost my debit card and had to cancel it. I'll have the replacement this coming week.

Damn it man, it's just not good enough ... [spoken in very "proper" English accent] ...

This is the closest I've come to waiting for Christmas morning for years ... and then you (they) go and move the goal posts ...

Still waiting with baited breath, credit card within arms reach ...

Cool it's like "Black Friday", I can't wait.

Can you provide a time you will make them available? your PST right?
I, as it looks like others would be willing to pay and wait for them.

I agree with the previous poster, It's like waiting for Christmas.

Cheers

Harmonizer Availability

I borrowed a friends harmonizer and liked it. I would like to purchase one. Two questions:
Can you let me know when they are available?
Can I get one that works with two and four inputs?

Problem is some of us have real world jobs that don't allow "camping out" on a computer or other electronic device.

I really want one, but this "festival" sales method sucks big time.

3,200+ posts on ADVrider in 5 years...

Seems like you spend plenty of time here with your "real world job", so checking this thread every now and then shouldn't be too much of an imposition.

If you can do a better job than Grok then pick up your tools, build a competitive product, and then show us all how to produce, stock, market, and sell it.

Be patient and just a bit diligent and you'll get one, or would you rather just whine?

Dallara

I have subscribed, but I'm speaking from past experience.

I have been aced out before on limited supply, high demand items because I can't always be on a computer. Is a waiting list so much to ask? As a truck driver, I doubt anyone here wants me to be on a computer all the time.

I apologize to those who were offended by me expressing my frustration.

It's a lot more work for a one-man operation.

Obviously I've got no idea of the other things that Grok's got to occupy his time, but given the level of interest it might be worth his while considering setting up a system so that folks could pay an up-front deposit to get themselves a place in the queue ... wouldn't hurt his cash flow either ... $0.10

Recipe for a refund nightmare given the supplier problems he's been plagued with.

Not to mention it's a sideline hobby business for Grok. I honestly think he designs, builds, and sells the "Harmonizer" more to help fellow riders out than to make it a business. Let's just hope he never gets tired of the whining or the hassle and decides to give up building and supporting the product.

You think everybody else can "always be on a computer"? Grok's got a "real world job" - just like you - so again, if you think it's so simple and easy to design something like the "Harmonizer", test it, source parts, order them, stock them, assemble the finish product, then sell on an internet forum... Jump on it!

You've obviously got more time than I do, given our join dates and post counts.

I think Grok does a great job. So much so I have two of his products, and I'm anxiously awaiting the four-cylinder version. That's why I subscribe to this thread...
