Tell me about it. I spent six years in the USN as a Corpsman, you would think the Marines would make an exception. Nope.

I went to the last one on Friday and had a blast!

They are going to start them up again in the spring (April/May) and will probably only be running them every other month. Not enough people show up to justify every month.

As stated before, I highly encourage anyone who is eligible to go out and attend these and tell any rider you know who is eligible to attend about them. In order to attend you must be either active duty military, DoD/Government civilian, retired military, or DoD/Government contractor.

Exciting turn of events with the Riders Training guys at Quantico - They have AMERICAN SUPERCAMP coming in APRIL 2012 for what appears to be FREE.

Currently, I believe (check their FB page) you have to be a current military / DoD employee to qualify. But for a FREE American Supercamp running, that is worth the drive if you aren't quite local.

Anyway, check them out on FB, and get out there to ride for free.

I'm one of the 12 people not on Facebook. Any idea if FBI employees are included? We get PX privileges on QT, but this may be separate. I still need to sign up for the next course.

I'm 99% sure that you can't participate, but double check with the traffic safety dudes. Phone number and email is on their website.

I believe you are correct. They seemed to be tightening things up for this particular event, understandably so.
