Turn yer speakers up. It's the sound of crickets. I'm out the door for this one shortly. You've had enough time.

Rule #1 - Find the tag and reproduce the photo (as best as possible). Since this is going to take a bit more commitment than your average tag, we'll abide by a gentlemanly agreement for someone to say, "I am going for this one. Will post it tonight," to avoid Brucing and such. However, you must post your intent within 24-hours of your attempt - no claiming a tag run and then not going for days - be respectful.

so, yea, somewhat.

We are going anyway - the whole point, IMHO, is to see new cool places. This will be fun.

If he doesn't post by 10 tomorrow morning, we post from mdub's and then go set the new tag.

Well I have to forfeit the tag.

I got there but getting out is a long story. My beloved Tuono is still in the woods with a broken oil line, cooler or tank. I was too disgusted to look hard. This has to be the dumbest fucking thing I've ever done. Halfway down the little voice in my head said "this is not going to end well" and I didn't listen And it hasn't. I'll tell the whole story later. It involves sirens and helicopters.

This is the bike buried in some mud. We got it out but a couple hundred yards down the trail I hit a log and dumped a quart of oil or so. Dead in the water. Those guys? The Elk Garden Volunteer Fire Dept. came and tried very hard to rescue me. We ran out of daylight and they had to go.

[humble ego crushing plea] I need help bad. [/please help this stupid man] After lots of thought the easiest way to get her out is to go back with a couple of 4 wheelers, disassemble and take her out in pieces. So since I don't have anything other than my Jeep can anyone lend a hand or two? I am so embarrassed by the sheer idiocy of my situation I'm going to go cry like a little girl. I have little money and am at a loss other than to beg for help.

Go ahead lay it on me I deserve it.

Holy smokes. Well, I hope you are OK.

Did you go in from the Elk Garden side? Did you try to get out the same way? If we can fix whatever the oil leak problem is, it shouldn't be too hard to ride out with some help in a couple of the tough spots. A slow tow out should work too. I don't have a quad though.
