So, the next tag is lame by comparison to mdubya's

I'll have to switch to riding my 450 if we have many more like that!

This tag is at an old iron bridge across the Cheat River. The road in is rough but easily doable on most bikes.

GPS coordinates of the bridge are: N39.59492 W79.74765

Be sure you go in via Bull Run Road from the east - the west route is for posers. This is the intersection of Bull Run and Harmony Grove Rd.

don't turn here - go straight

nice easy looking road - and it is too

Okay, so it starts to get rough and not well maintained.

Some prick ruined my road! WAY too much new crushed granite

and the bridge

the money shot!

more pics

The ride is well worth the effort. I'm told there was a young lady swimming nude under the bridge - My eyesight wasn't up to the challenge

from there go north to Bruceton Mills and have a bite to eat at Little Sandy's YUM!

(Sorry for the crappy cellphone pic)

I rode down and checked on anotherguy's bike. It is still there. I was already sweating my nuts off, so I didn't try to find the oil leak too hard. I could see the cracked belly pan.
I don't know, I still think it could be towed/pulled out w/ a quad and some hardy helpers. Maybe its harder then I think it is.

Thanks for checking on it. I feel a little better. The problem with towing is countersteering. Unless the anchor is straight ahead it cocks the forks, plows the front end and tries to pull you over. Also there isn't much to anchor to up front. I really don't know what I'm going to do.

Everyone says "it's insured just report it stolen." Can't do that. I really like the bike and there's already a report on file. Insurance fraud is a felony.

Bucho just imagine how much fun that was on 120 HP bike with what amounts to slicks. I do believe I toasted the clutch as well.

I can see if you left there about dusk. It really looks bad un the low light or darkness. I am telling you it would be an issue to drive back and get it out. Just need a jeep or pickup.
I can tell you a boat is not even remotely possible. You are to far in land. Easier to go back out the trail.

The bar was definitely set high on this one!!!!!

Awesome day of riding.

A UTV would be easiest way to get it out. Leave a truck up top and put the bike on the UTV. The lake idea wasn't bad either - there is a dock straight across from the camp site.

If you can get a few more volunteers, I will meet you there with some straps. We can walk it out. It will be a long walk and I am old and not in great shape either, but I think we can get it out of there with some patience. Once we get it to the point where the road is decent enough, we can load it onto a trailer or into a truck and take it to your home.

I think four of us should be enough to push it out of there.

I am available both afternoons this weekend.

Let me know.

The UTV loaded in a small trailer towed by a pickup to the trail head. Then hook the trailer to the UTV and load the bike. Then load the bike in the truck and load the UTV back up. Good to go.

I do agree the "it's Stolen" thing is all around bad and Karma will catch you if the law doesn't first.

Or, I will gladly drive by and pick up the title and take this really nice two wheeler problem off you hands?

I rode with the guys to the new tag (they wouldn't let me join in on the grab of my original tag ) and it was a beautiful ride. So much so, that after we had lunch, I went back and rode to the tag again. No skinny dipping fem under the bridge when I went back, but plenty of bikini clad booty. It is a really beautiful setting.

Yep rode out the otherside. The road was similar and with some great scenery. Can't go wrong with this one. Take your swim trunks or your birthday suit and take a dip while you are there.

I have a 3 day weekend so if anyone else can help, post up. I have a Jeep and can trailer my Mule out there if needed.

In order to stop the hijack of the tag thread I started another one here.
