Anyone shipped from LA to Dunedin with Robert Stephens?

I found a reference to this shipper here: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/wiki/Importing_a_used_bike. Has anyone shipped a bike with him? I asked him for a copy of the contract, and he said there is no contract, which makes me quite nervous...

I met an American couple a couple of years ago doing a RTW with there KTM and shipped it from LA To Dunedin. Couldn't tell you who they used for shipping but I can put you in contact with them.
