Escaping the Albuquerque Heat - Jemez to the rescue

I wanted to escape some of the 88-95 degree heat we've been having here since the beginning of June, so I decided to head up into the Jemez mountain area. For those not familiar with New Mexico, Jemez is the area near where Los Alamos National Labs is situated and the entire area is an old volcano that blew its top a long time ago.

There are some great twisties up in the area.
