I don't have room for it either, and no ice box for beer in the garage, or else I be in favor of bring'in up here. I don't think JABBA has a garage, and I don't know anything about Ebay - So my preference is to sell my share and/or 1/10th of the sale. 'Course, if it does move up north, I'm IN.

Anton, why don't you make 'us' an offer?

It'll be easier if I know who wants to stay in, who wants to get in, and most importantly who wants to get out. That's what this thread is about!

I already declared I'm willing to sell my share.

Steve, you have 2 or 3 shares, right? And the furthest to travel to use the thing. And another changing machine in your garage. If anyone is going to sell shares, yours ought to be first on the block, if you want to part with them. Only seems fair. I'll part with my share after yours are sold.

I think it makes the most sense to sell the thing outright. If Anton wants to buy it, great, he gets first option. If not, we can sell it in the flea market here or on eBay. It'll sell.

Money isn't the issue for me. My share paid for itself long ago and I never expected to get any cash back. I'm just trying to be accommodating where the other owners are concerned, Steve foremost.

So the problem is Poonie is selling the Poonderosa and we need to relocate the changer.

If nobody up north can locate the changer, then we are considering selling it.

So, the first question is anybody got room?

Mushman No
Eap No
Jabba uh uh
Me too far south
Steve too far south
Steverino too far south
Philspace already has a 220
Capo Paul ???????????
Harpoon nope

So maybe we should sell? We paid $695 plus shipping if I recall.

Tim wants out
Eap wants out
I can get out (3 times)
Jabba???
CapoPaul?
Harpoon??
Philspace??

If you want, I will buy out you and eap Harvey and move the changer down here and if Jabba, Poonie, Harpoon and Phil want out I'll buy their shares too.

What say you Tim, or does Anton and his merry band of Cville cronies want to make an offer. I say we do nothing until we hear from the rest.

I have no idea how many shares I have, I think it is 3 or 4. We divided it into 10 shares and I can only think of those listed above and Ji and Mr. 205. That is only 9, so I may have acutally paid for 4 since I sent the money to MR.

At that rate it makes sense for me to buy out the ones that want money to get out and keep the thing. How much you want for your share Tim?

possession is 9/10ths of the law

I'll get back when I figure out the machine's room and board and the Poondarosa's hospitality tax.

Hospitality tax, you owe us hazardous duty pay for the dangerous times we have had on rides that started there...

That was my idea too, but people keep asking what I (or we) want to do or offer.

We would buy as many shares as were offered at face value ($68, per Steve). Anyone wanting to retain the ability to change their tires here would simply keep his share (or one share, in Steve's case).

Looks like the choice is to keep it as is and move it down to my house. We have dicussed and all but one have responded to not selling any more shares and relocating it to Cburg.

I'll be up to start getting my stuff this week Neil.

Steve

I have given up my share in the changer back to Steve for all the help he has given me in the past (cough cough ). I don't really need a share in any new venture since I already have one.

I will offer to any existing share holders the use of the changer at Casa Space providing that used tires are disposed of (Poonie had one hell of a stack of redneck art sitting in his garage ) and consumables replaced or reimbursed with some form of tasty malt beverage or liquor

I also have given my share back to Steve to pay him back for all the help I 've received from him but I'm sure I'll come down to C-Burg for another wrench session this year.
And kudos to Phil for making his changer available for some of us.

It's available to anybody actually, I just feel something special for the original bunch

I'm still waiting for Mr. Enloe to say it's time for some new rubber
