Well the block we were using was soft pine and a rubber mallet and we only had about 4 inches of room to swing since the front fender was in the way so we got lucky. The flywheel bolts have about 40ftlbs on it and its still turning smooth and has endplay. We are going to torque to the full 90ftlbs today, measure the endplay and hopefully its .004 which it was before this incident. |

**Update***
Looks like I am all set guys. With the flywheel fully torqued to 90ftlbs it still spins freely and the endplay is spot on!!! No damaged washer!!!
