I heard someone ran a dozer from one end to the other.... I've not been out to see in person. Did they groom the complete road/trail?

Any close-by trails in the area of 240 & 26 on the north side of Asheville? Looks like Hurricane is a good 40 minute ride.. looking for something a little closer in.

not really anything. some gravel roads out around bent creek, you can ride over to Brevard area. Cant think of anything else close to town.
How long are you in town?

I'm in conference through Saturday 1pm. I would.like to ride for a couple hours after that.

Got out to tool around downtown for a bit. Saw a few other dual sports including a nice late 70s Yamaha XT500. Hope to check out some trails on the way home (Asheville to Spartanburg, then down to Atlanta).

take 191 to bent creek. forest service road over to mills river. through campground to Brevard. out 276 to Brevard proper. go right. down 276 to north Greenville(hwy 25)
If I weren't headed north in the morning id be glad to show you around. sorry!
