Rear wheel removal

Hey Guys, I am trying to get the rear wheel off my 1985 R80. I have a Haynes Manual which says to remove the 4 bolts and wiggle the wheel to remove. But the wheel will not come off is there something I am missing something?
Any advice is appreciated.

Make sure the rear brake is not dragging. Try backing off the rear brake adjuster.

Thank you, It does pull out about 1/4 and turns freely i just don't want to break something forcing it off. I will try backing the brake off . Thank you much.

Count the half turns you back it off by, and do it up with the same amount when fitting the wheel.
