Alloy wheels for BMW 800 GS???

Thinking about getting alloy wheels for the 800 GS to get away from tubes since most of my riding is pavement. Am i correct that the alloy wheels for the 650 GS will not fit the 800? Do you guys know if there are after market alloy wheels available for the 800 GS and where I can purchase them?

Have you thought about converting your rims to tubeless? There are many professional and DIY solutions.

The rear is a bolt on, but the front will be more onerous. You will need at least the F700 front wheel for the dual disks, and there is probably some machining involved.

Check out Woody's Wheel Works to make your rims tubeless.

Trade for a 700. With a little time and searching you probably can find someone who will trade and you even make a few dollars.
