Hey Ed, I like your approach. I matched up my Santa Cruz Nomad's color to my KLX.

Old F800SX here

I'm on the west side of Wheat Ridge. I'm a milder rider for now as I get my fat ass back into shape...usually down for sane singletrack or offroad spin rides.

I'm also moving to a house near University and C-470 next week.

I ride mountain bikes, but you guys wouldn't want to ride with me.

I get remarks all the time. "Why aren't you breathing hard at all when I'm dying here?!?!" is the most common.

My bikes could beat up your bikes.

I've probably put more miles on my non-motorized bikes than my motorized bikes, over the last few years. Road or mountain, I'm game. I'm also interested in camping off the bikes and would love company.

With that said, my mountain bike has no suspension, so I'm not really interested in anything super technical. It's currently setup with fenders and panniers, but I'll take 'em off it's muddy.

Lemme know...

I was complaining to one of the fastest guys in Moab (1 hr. 40 min. for the Whole Enchilada) about some mtn. bikers attitudes and telling him how I love mtb but can't stand some of the riders attitudes he said "In general, you can tell someones attitude by the tightness of their shorts". I bet the dude below wears spandex, maybe even a singlet. And that constant rotation of bicycles better be one brand associated with a contract, but I know it's not because such a low revenue industry can't have their riders being overly arrogant publicly.

575 at both WP and Sol Vista... .But I'm definitely not doing the huge drops and big gap jumps at Sol Vista, with or without a downhill bike!

I enjoy doing the resort/lift/dh trail stuff, but don't do it enough to justify a dedicated downhill bike. Bring your bike up Sunday we'll do WP closing day!
