New Motorcycle Thriller Review/Free Offer

My new Thriller, NATIONAL SECURITY, is due for nationwide release on 1 November from Kensington Publishing. The sequel hits the shelves in June 2012.
In the first two books alone, agent Jericho Quinn fights terrorists while riding his BMW GS Adventure, a Harley Night Rod, a KLR, a Chinese knockoff, a Ducati 848 and a Royal Enfield.
Motorcycles and the riding culture are central to the stories and will continue to be as the series progresses.

Here's the thing. I've published a number of Westerns both as a 'ghostwriter' and under my pen name, Mark Henry, but this is my debut Thriller. I've read several different posts on ADVrider where people have lamented the fact that there aren't enough good movies or books that feature our sport/passtime. I hope to change that.
I enjoy the ride reports and photos on ADVrider and don't want to muddy the water by using the site to self-promote. That said, I am a rider and do want to get the word out to the riding community that there is a new series where bikes play a prominant role.

The publisher has given me a few advance "proof" copies to send out for review. I have six left. If anyone would be so inclined to give it a read, review it on sites like Amazon, and say, tell your friends about it, I'll send you a free copy at my expense.

Again, the book doesn't actually come out until November and I only have six of these advance "proof" copies left so I'll send them out to the first six that contact me.

You can check out my website in the sig line below to get more information.

Thanks a million,
Marc

Bikes and westerns? My two passions. I'll check them both out. I'm getting real tired of Louis L'Amore.

Thanks to all for being so quick to respond. Now, I just hope you like the book.
I talked to the publisher today and he has four more review copies he will send my way.
So, if a few more are interested just PM me your mailing address and I'll get them out later next week.
Again, I appreciate everyone helping me get the word out to the riding community.

Many thanks to all who responded. I have most of the books in the mail. Will get the rest on hand out this morning and the last four out when I get them from the publisher.
A couple of people have suggested I put some links on the thread of where I hope to have the books reviewed...
I was thinking of sites like Amazon and Barnes and Noble in the reader review sections for NATIONAL SECURITY by Marc Cameron. Since the books aren't released until November 1, you could just mention in the review that you got your hands on an advance copy.
This is a mainstream Suspense novel that the publisher and I are hoping appeals to a wide audience. Since there is no motorcycle on the cover and the first bike doesn't show up for a few pages, I'm hoping to use you advance readers (if you enjoy the book) to get the word out to the riding community that there's a new adventure series where the main characters ride bikes while they kick terrorist a$$. I fugure that most of the folks on this site hang with fellow riders. Facebook, Twitter, other MC forums you belong to, word of mouth, anything helps.
Truth be told, I"ve been a member here since 2009 and have lurked quietly, reading posts and looking at all the great photos to help inspire my writing/characters so some of you may see glimpses of yourselves...

Last thing---I have ONE advance copy unspoken for. If there's anyone else out there, send me a PM.

And now, it looks to be turning into a nice day here in my part of Alaska so I'm going to go ride-- I should rake leaves but there can't be too many of these days left.

Thank you all who are helping me out with this.

Marc

Yep, will be. The e-book versions are available on November 1 along with the paperback--Kindle, Nook and iBook as well as audiobooks.
Thanks,
Marc

Any left?

I can't find enough to read. I would be happy to help out if you have any copies left.
