Honda Integra.

No - not a car thread. This is the new 700cc mid scoot from the big H, due to be launched in Milan in November. There are supposed to be 3 new models based on this new engine. Scoot, naked and one more.

I want one!

I want one for sure; but I can only imagine the price tag out the door for this Baby!
I paid $6,100 for my '09 TMax (leftover) with the extended warranty, tax title & tag. I would guess this Sweet looking Honda would be thousands more than that...

I like it.

What do you think it will come in at? I'm guessing $10,000.

i suspect that might be a tad low. the current S-Wing's base price is $9100.

I would like to see what sort of lightweight sport, dual-sport, sport-tour or ADV package this motor could enable... or maybe all of the above!

Very nice, but my Helix is paid for... so I won't be seeing one of those in my driveway anytime soon!

Yes, very nice. But first off that really isn't a scooter at all! What does it have in common with scooters other than being somewhat automatic?

I guess it kind of has a maxi scooter look but its really not a scooter at all. Man I wish they could have made it a scooter though! Nice concept! But either way will definitely be WAY overpriced at first I'm sure.

I like this in the announcement
Quote:
Honda developed this new motorcycle engine in order to realize a set of motorcycles based on its new concept of offering outstanding fuel efficiency in the mid-class while delivering powerful, throbbing torque in the normal range for touring and urban riding.
Yup just what we need "powerful, throbbing torque".. sounds like a Harley ad.

That's a motorcycle not a scooter.

Dual clutch sequential gearbox! it's about time this technology made it into a modern motorcycle. Yes, I don't think I'd call it a scooter, or even a maxi scooter. The fact that it has an automatic transmission shouldn't make it be called a scooter. I'm quite interested in a bike like this. I'm betting the sticker will be more like 16K, anyone remember the DN-01? -Jason
