How to change time setting override

Is there a way of changing a time zone setting so that I see all posts in MY time zone only?

The posts are all in the time-zone of the server. More likely probably in UTC. When you specify your timezone it's just converting from this to your timezone in terms of presentation. Posts are not grouped by the timezone that created them. So no, at least not that I'm aware of.

It is easy go to your > Your Control Panel > Edit options > Date & Time Options > select GMT+8:00 for Perth > Choose your daylight savings correction > scroll down and select save.

Yes, so what? All this is doing is changing how the time of posts is PRESENTED. So it's not displayed in the default TZ but in GMT+8. I don't believe your posts are stored in a timezone specific manner in the database.

Maybe I misunderstood his question. I read it as he wants to see only posts that originate from people in his timezone. If all he wants is to change the timezone that's presented, them yes that's trivial.
