I went to his website this morning, using Google translate.... Beautiful aluminium tig welding/workmanship. But I already had a good idea of that fact just from seeing his case saver. I sure do hope he makes us a batch of these!

EDIT: I just sent Lukas M a PM asking him to get in touch with Stefan and hopefully motivate him! I would but my German is not so good!

I sent Stefan an email telling him that we will easily get together a double digit number of committed buyers. Colebatch got him quite a bit of business through this forum as well, so I think our chances are good.

I will post here as soon as I hear back from him.

Alright guys, heard back from Stephan! He has big plans for the BMW parallel twins, lots of cool parts to be made. The case saver/sprocket cover is definitely on the list, he just forgot it while working on the other stuff. It's now a priority again.

The other parts include:

- Cylindrical auxiliary tank, opposite the muffler. Prototype is finished and holds 9 liters (2.4 gallons)!
- Luggage rack in SS with bracket for said aux tank
- Bash plate, large enough to protect all of the header (after Colebatch told him that both F8's caught on fire from grass multiple times during the "Russian Off-road Challenge" http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=579487)
- Crash bars in SS with brackets for small Ortlieb bags

- Wheel spacer from hard wearing stainless (this will make your seals and therefore bearings last longer)

I will keep in touch with him and report on his progress here. When there is something to sell I'll try to get him to start a thread in vendors.

Wow, sounds great! Definitely interested in the case saver, possibly some of the other stuff too.

Super Thanks, LukasM. I'm IN for a case saver and wheel spacers!

Nice! I'd be in for a case saver and the wheel spacer. Possibly the bash plate although I've not managed to catch my bike on fire. Yet.
