So I pulled the greasy axle outta this after 11? years, and condensation dripped out...?



Not a lot, but some.

The unit looks fine. Should I be concerned about the inner bearing assembly?

condensation? I would look at them, and shoot them full of waterproof grease. After 11 years, how can you say "hey, that grease is as good as the day it went in.."

Dan, you could just remove those 6 bolts and split that hub. Then you could be sure of what is going on in there. (edit: you already know this I'm sure).

Replace the sealed ball bearings, they're cheap and readily available. If you don't now, you likely will have to later.
