Don't judge the seams by the feel of bare hands. I tried really hard to make them go away.
Put on my gloves and felt nothing where the seams are.

Its after 11pm here and I'm not feeling like going out but sitting on the bike, they feel real nice. Much softer than I expected... I was thinking hard rubber and this is more like (well duh) neoprene.

They took my old beat-up and worn out grips and made them like new.

Thanks!
trc.rhubarb-

It's always gratifying to me when my customers discover the advantages of the OBB's on their own. There is no substitute for experiencing a truth in person. Here's what I got from your post:

1. Seams are not a problem. Put them in the right place and wear gloves. . . . presto, you don't feel 'em.
2. Even though the OBB's are made of a tough material with a grippy texture, they are soft enough to feel really great on your hands, and significantly improve your ride experience, and your overall safety (my addition-hope you don't mind.).
3. It almost feels like a magic trick that: simply by applying the OBB's to the bike, you can upgrade your old worn grips and make the bike look, feel, and ride brand new again. They have a certain sleek, OEM look and feel to them.

Thank you for your comments and input. Glad you like your OBB's

Best,

Dave R.

p.s. Best to your 2YOD. Glad she liked the lollipop

I received mine in the mail today and had them installed before the sucker was finished.

Nice easy to follow instructions and they feel better than the larger gel grips I put on my KLR.

I've got some big hands and they feel very comfortable so far. Didn't get to ride yet but I am looking forward to noticing a difference or lack there of in the slight buzzing I've had at times.

Point of Clarification:

What jv is referring to by "Sucker", is the lollipop I sent with the package. Wow! I knew installation was easy and straightforward, but never had the thought to describe it by no longer than the length of time it takes to finish a lollipop. With your permission jv, I may quote you on this, as it is certainly something everyone can relate to.

Thanks, and be sure to give us your ride report when you get a chance.

Best,

Dave R.

Permission granted.

I took her out for a quick 10 mile ride this afternoon and I must say I like the Beemer Buddies more than the gel grips on the KLR. The heated grips work perfect and they really seemed to tame the bit of vibration/buzz I've noticed.

10 out of 10 on this product.

Just installed a pair

Very happy with these grip wraps. Such an ingenius little product that makes a really big difference.
Just getting used to fatter grips with new thick, cold weather gloves.
Thanks Dave.

JV-

Thanks for the 10 out of 10 endorsement. I love it when that buzz is minimized, and the heat comes through!

Swellguy-

It's very nice of you to coin the phrase:

"Ingenious little product that makes a really big difference"

I could not have said it better myself. Thanks.

Best,

Dave R.
