Pissed I hate thieves.

Anything distinctive about it that we can keep an eye out for?

Did you file a Police report? it may be impounded. Post up any distinctive whatever markings, I'm in DC tomorrow. How does someone start a KTM without a key?

Police are on their way so I can file a report. My guess is someone pushed or picked up the bike and put it in the back of a vehicle. This same thing happened to a buddy of mine who lives over in Capitol Hill.

I have several stickers on the bike: one is my screen name on the left side fairing, the other is a BWDR moose sticker on the wind screen. There are a lot of scratches on the right fairing thanks to Dunkle Hollow. I'll post up some pics later.

Please cross post this on the usual suspect threads so more can keep an eye out. Matt, outside of someone sleeping with your girl... this is a close second. Hell with that, this is worst. Always get another girlfriend. Keep us updated. I'm subscribed.

Have you considered the fact that maybe she saw you eyeing a new blue and yellow Austrian bike at BWDR and maybe just ran away?

Seriously, that really sucks!

Just talked to the police and they'll do a quick 3 block sweep of the area though I'm not very optimistic that they'll find anything.

Under the KTM logo is where the "Macaroni" sticker lives.

Sorry about the bike make sure all the near by KTM dealers know someone might try to buy a ignition switch for it.

Good thinking! I had the wheel locked, so I'm not really sure how the hell they got it rolling....
