I considered heading out this morning but my little dr is just not a fan of gusty winds ... That makes me not a fan of them when I am on my dr. Hope someone else decided to save the tag today!

Joking ..... A skydiver isn't afraid of a little wind (within reason) ...

Grab Rio Mills Road

Tag is on ____ Mountain Road. The ____ Is An American rock piano band From Denver, Colorado. Formed in 2002 by schoolmates Isaac Slade and Joe King, they achieved success with the release of their debut album, How to Save a Life in 2005, which was certified double platinum by the RIAA and platinum in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. The Fray achieved national success with their first single, "Over My Head (Cable Car)", which became a top ten hit in the United States.

I am sure if you plug some of this into google you'll figure out the road pretty easily plus I left the actual name in the text from google so you don't even have to google it...made it superb easy. Some of you will recognize the road immediately with the pictures. I brought the little guy nearby so I could keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't get blown or washed away.

If you a coming from Earlysville and turn left onto this road, you will see this line of pine trees right away. Hopefully the maple will still be red when someone is able to make this grab.

Behind my bike is a sign.

I placed the little guy at the base of this sign

He should be safe there until someone is able to grab him again.

Just around the corner! We had a practice motocross track just over the hill from the tag site back in the olden days.
FYI - that slot in the bottom of the mascot held a catnip pack.

Well, I did just get the WRR back together after greasing the rear suspension, head bearings, lever pivots, new plug, etc. for it's 6K service.
GS is already dirty from riding it in the rain Sat am to Wayne's for the WRR plug, maybe a little more rain would clean it off?
Then again, it's too close to bother with putting my gear on

Grab: Fray Mountain Rd. about 0.2 miles west of 743 Advance Mills Rd.

Tag: About 0.2 miles up this dead end gravel road you'll see this tree on the right, mostly by itself near the crest of the hill:

(I had already turned around heading back out of the road in this shot).
Road name is Mossing _ _ _ _ (name of an American auto giant), in an historical village that starts with "P". Village name is how much money you get to keep on a transaction (if you add an "F" to it's spelling).
tuffstuff pointed out that I may have misidentified the road name - she's right. I had said "Mission" not "Mossing". Next time I'll read the road sign more carefully.

Critter is in the base of the tree, I covered it with a leaf after this shot:

Something in the back of my mind says that this road has been tagged before - hey, it's all about the ride, yes?
Put on that extra layer and go for it!
